Club Audit & Assessment (CAA) provides an in depth audit of your Club in a financially responsible way by guaranteeing its costs are funded by the finding of the audit. This audit is initiated by the Club providing a variety of information such as current budgets, past financial to CAA for analysis and followed by an onsite visit of approx. 5-7 days. The results of the audit will be provided in a timely manner.

This will include, without limitation, an operational and a market analysis. The market analysis will include, at a minimum, both the status of the market conditions within the geographic membership area of the Club, and the effectiveness of the marketing/membership efforts of the Club and its membership management. The operational analysis will include, at a minimum, a review of the financials, staffing levels and payroll, physical plant, decision making process, purchasing, menu, operating hours as well as quality and cost of dining.

After the on-site visit a written report will be provided in an electronic and/or printed format to the initiator. This written report will detail findings to include an operation review as well as facts for improving financial with observation and/or facts to cut expenses and improve revenues. The results of the audit will be provided in a timely manner.
